Mental health challenges are common, but knowing how to help can make all the difference.

Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based training that teaches adults how to recognize the signs of a mental health or substance use challenge, respond with confidence, and connect someone to the support they need. Just as CPR helps you assist someone experiencing a medical emergency, Mental Health First Aid prepares you to respond when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health concern.

Why and Who Should Take AMHFA?
Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, employer, healthcare professional, faith leader, or simply someone who wants to help, this training gives you the tools to support the people around you.
You'll leave with the confidence to recognize when someone may be struggling and the knowledge to respond in a compassionate, supportive way.
