Who we are looking for:

Arizona Youth Partnership works primarily with youth in rural areas throughout Arizona.   Our ideal team member is someone who enjoys working with teens, wants to make a difference in the lives of youth, and improve their community.

One of our facilitators put it this way; “Through this line of work, I never would’ve thought that I would have gained such a huge passion for working with youth. I truly believe that the work we do is extremely impactful rather we see results immediately or see them later on down the road. Facilitators; remember that even though we all have our off days it is still our responsibility to give our youth our 100%, sometimes all they need is someone to listen to them and support them. Remember to be the person you needed when you were younger. ”  Fernando Careaga

Our administration team in located in our Marana office, so if being an educator or facilitator is not right for you but you still have a heart for service, there may be a home for you as well.

If this sounds like you, please see our current opportunities below, we’d love to hear from you.
