A Hand UP Drop-In Center

Provides a safe and supportive space where youth can access basic needs and essential resources. Participants receive guidance, connections to services, and support in building stability and independence.

Harbor House

Offers a stable, supportive living environment for youth in need of short-term housing and care. Residents receive guidance, life skills support, and access to resources that promote long-term stability.

Horizons of Hope TLP

Provides transitional living support to help youth build independence and prepare for adulthood. Participants develop life skills, access resources, and receive guidance in achieving personal and professional goals.
