CATCH Curriculum is designed to help youth develop healthy habits regarding fitness and nutrition.  Students participate in hands-on lessons about nutrition, including preparing healthy snacks.  They also are involved in fun, daily fitness activities.

TOP:  Teen Outreach Program teaches kids about healthy relationships, about self-esteem, working towards goals and dreams, how to work as a team, help develop leadership skills and a community service learning piece.

(Curriculum is separated by age group for age appropriate discussions with a daily homework sheet for kids to discuss certain topics learned with parents.)
