Local Coalitions

AZYP partners with nine coalitions in Pima and Mohave Counties for the purpose of addressing local youth substance use/abuse/misuse and plans strategies to combat access to alcohol, marijuana, prescription drugs used illegally and other drugs as they may become problematic.

Mohave County:
Bullhead City: Mohave Area Partnership Promoting Educated Decisions (MAPPED)
Kingman: Kingman Area Prevention Alliance (KAPA)
Lake Havasu City: Young Adult Development Association of Havasu (YADAH)
Peach Springs: Hwal’bay Hmany did Gev’ik Coalition
 
Pima County:
Catalina: Catalina Community Coalition
Ajo: Substance Abuse and Prevention Education Coalition (SAPE)
Marana: Marana Prevention Alliance (MPA)
Sahuarita: Sahuarita Community Coalition

These are funded by: Health Choice Integrated Care, Cenpatico, a federal Drug Free Communities Grant, and through a Partnership For Success Grant through AHCCCS.
