Yuma/La Paz County

             

Yuma county includes the cities of Dateland, Wellton, Yuma, and several other small towns. The county is home to approximately 200,000 people. Originally, Yuma residents settled in the area because of the railroad leading out to California during the gold rush of the late 1800s. La Paz County includes the cities of Bouse, Ehrenberg, Parker, Quartzsite, and several other small towns. The county is home to approximately 20,000 residents.
